How the mixing method works?

Here’s the following method how the mixing works:

1. Operators are required to have a Post-Operation Certificate or Equivalent Qualifications, and Stringent Personnel Management is required to them.

This method is for people who have never been try to operate. Training should be completed beforehand and operation should only be carried out after receiving competent training.

2. Before using it, the operator must read and understand the handbook carefully.

3. Before initiating the operative mixing system, the operator must authenticate the motor insulation and the motor bearings continually.

Whether the wheels are securely connected, whether the intermediate bearing and gearbox have been properly lubricated, and whether all of the connecting bolts have been tightened.

4. This method pertains to run a trial, then tell the electrician to turn the motor on.

5. This method is to start the mixer operating normally and then press the start button right away.

6. Finally, “The High-Efficiency Mixing System” must be checked once in every two hours after it has been operated regularly. Always substantiate the bearing and motor temperatures. The degree must be standard. When the bearing and motor temperatures exceed 75°C, the machine should be stopped right away and the source of the problem should be identified and fixed right away. At the same time, always check the transmission oil level. You should always replenish the gearbox oil cup with oil when it is empty.
