1. Operators must strictly adhere to provisions regarding their obligations and personnel management, and they must possess a post-operation certificate or equivalent credentials. Training should be done beforehand for individuals who have never operated, and operations may only be carried out after receiving the necessary training.
2. Before operating, the operator must read the instructions and become comfortable with it.
3. Before turning on the efficient mixing system, the operator must make sure that the following are checked: whether the motor insulation is qualified; whether the motor bearings are in good condition; whether the gearbox and intermediate bearing have been filled with oil in accordance with regulations; whether the connecting bolts at all joints are tightened; and whether the wheels are securely attached.
4. Test the motor and let the electrician know when it's ready to operate.
5. Press the start button to resume regular operation of the mixer.
6. One inspection is required for the high efficiency mixing system every two hours after it has been operating properly. Verify the bearing and motor temperatures to make sure they are normal. When a machine's motor or bearing temperature rises beyond 75°C, it should be stopped right away so that the problem may be fixed. In parallel, check the amount of transmission oil. You should always fill the oil cup in the gearbox if there is no oil in it.
