For pouch filling, this semi-automatic auger filling with a pouch clamp is appropriate. Once the pedal plate has been stamped, the pouch clamp will automatically retain the bag. After being full, the bag will automatically come loose. Because it is a larger model, the TP-PF-B12 incorporates a plate to elevate and lower the bag during filling to minimize dust and weight inaccuracy. Because there is a load cell to monitor weight in real time, gravity will produce an error when powder is dispensed from the filler's end to the bottom of the bag. The filling tube sticks into the bag because the plate lifts the bag. Additionally, when the plate fills, it falls slowly.
