Placing the Bag:
The operator’s job is to place an automated system into an open-end of the bag on the sealing area of the machine.
Sealing:
This is to initiate the sealing procedure by placing the heating parts in line with the bag’s open side. The heat generated and melts in the bag’s stuff, merging it firmly.
Its closing jaws imparts the heat and gives pressure to the bag in a predetermined period of time. During this process, the molten material cools and hardens accordingly. When the dwell timer ends, the sealing jaws releases the pressure, and the sealed bag gets to cool down shortly. When the seal appears, the bag is taken away from the machine.
