How to use an open-type hopper?

To use an open-type hopper, first open it, then tighten the screw and close it. The tube, mesh, and enclosure are secured, and the hopper and tube are clamped. "Screw hopper tube" is right the sequence. Disassembly is performed in reverse order. (NOTE: The screw thread is the anti-thread; when loading and unloading, pay attention to the direction.) After installing the screw and tube, scrutinize the clearance fit between the screw and the tube. If you have a hanging-style hopper, unhook the mesh and enclosure and you must shake the screw at the bottom; if there is a gap on it, it may be tremble around. Take note, if there’s any friction, it means the screw is deformed or the hopper's center position has shifted. You can adjust the center of the hopper using the six-hanging pillar at the top of the hopper (It has been debugged before delivery); if it needs to be adjusted, right away please confirm it with our company in order to be carried out under the supervision of our technical personnel). If it is out of shape, it must be corrected on the lathe.

You must disconnect the power supply, remove the mesh and enclosure, and check for any gap between the screw and tube if you have an open-type hopper. If the screw comes into contact with the tube, it should be fixed, or the hopper's center should be adjusted (like with the hanging type hopper).

(NOTE: The auger cannot rotate for an extended period of time; if the hopper is empty, do not turn on the auger before securing the tube.)
