We all know that the best way in using forklifts is for lifting those larger-size ribbon blender to a safest and easiest way of transport.
Materials and equipment are required:
• Two forklifts with a combined lifting capacity of at least 5,000 kg.
• Both forklifts' fork extensions
• Straps with a minimum 5,000 kg weight rating
• Spirit gauge
• Strong-grip gloves
• Steel-toed footwear
Instructions:
1. The forklift's prongs are secured by the straps.
2. Place the forklift trucks' extended prongs beneath the machine's two sides, and then fasten the straps to the machine's sides.
3. Give extra care and then, remove the machine off on the pallet.
4. The machine should only be 1-2 centimeters above the ground when lowered.
5. Place the machine where you want it, then carefully lower it.
6. Just making sure that the machine is flat on the ground, use a spirit level.
a. Before shipping, each product was put through rigorous testing and inspection. Components might lose their tightness or start to deteriorate while being transported. Please inspect the machines' surfaces and exterior packing carefully as soon as they arrive, just to make sure all their parts are there and the device is functioned well.
b. To make sure that the machine is positioned on a flat surface, add casters, or use footed glass.

c. Verify that the air supply and power supply are correctly suited to the needs.
Note: Double check the machine's grounding. Although the casters are insulated, there is a ground wire in the electrical cabinet; thus, an additional ground wire is required to connect with the caster and be fastened to the ground.
Note: The location indicated by the green circle on the ground wire should be fixed.
The following actions must be completed upon installation of this machine:
• Add a safety grid to protect moving components like the ribbon agitator and rotating shaft.
• Mount an emergency stop switch on the machine's exterior.
• Evaluate all potential risks for the whole manufacturing line.
