Shanghai Tops Group developed a ribbon mixer in a new type of mixing device that is intensely effective, homogeneous, low in energy usage, low pollution, and low in breakage. A unique design allows a quick mix of materials.
The ribbon mixer is applied for mixing a dry powder with powder, powder and granules, and powder with a small amount of liquid. It also has an excellent mixing impact. It is used in many industries, including pharmacy, food, chemicals, pesticides, and more.
Tops Group Ribbon Mixer:
1. The self-designed multi-stage shaft seal structure has been tested to achieve full-load water tightness, and the shaft seal does not produce abrasives during operation, allowing material leakage to be effectively avoided.
2. The shaft seal is packed with German Burgman brand packing and a food-grade polymer retaining ring for a good sealing effect.
3. The main shaft is an integrated design, and there are no fasteners in the mixing tank, which effectively eliminates fastener falloff and material deterioration issues.
4. The unloading valve is an embedded full-open arc-shaped valve that reduces the mixed dead angle. The fully open design allows for quick unloading and less accumulation.
5. The valve control mechanism is a mechanical hinge that is balanced. When the material is unloaded, the material’s pressure does not directly impact the cylinder, ensuring the cylinder has a long service life. Furthermore, the hinge is a movable structure. After a long period of use, the leakage caused by the wear of the parts can be resolved by adjusting the hinge.
6. The cover silicone ring is made of food-grade silicone, which is non-polluting, well-sealed, and glue-free, and the internal thread design effectively prevents slipping and is simple to clean and maintain.
7. The cover is a bending-reinforced structure that reduces weight while maintaining adequate strength. To ensure safety when the cover is opened, the cover’s edge is designed with rounded corners.
8. To avoid material deterioration caused by material accumulation, the inside and outside of the entire machine are fully welded and polished.
9. The discharge hole valve is completely identical to the cylinder arc, with silica gel on the outside for good sealing and tested water without leakage.
