LNT Series Liquid Mixer
Liquid mixer is designed to dissolve and mix the different viscous liquid and solid-state products in low-speed stirring and high-dispersed way with pheumatic raising and falling. The equipment is suitable for emulsification of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical products, especially the material with high viscosity or solid state.
Some materials needed to be heated to a certain temperature(called pretreatment) before mixing with other materials.So the oil pot and water pot needed to be lined with liquid mixer in some cases.
Emulsify pot is used for emulsifying the products that suck from the oil pot and water pot.

Liquid Mixer

The machine is appropriate for pharmaceutical emulsification. Cosmetic and fine chemical products, particularly those with a high matrix viscosity and solid content.
Structure: consists of the main emulsifying pot, a water pot, an oil pot, and a work-frame.
